Ambassadors Profile

Vic and Maggie Thombs

Ambassadors Vic and Maggie Thombs have been members of the Parents Council since its inception, serve on the group's Executive Board, and work tirelessly to coordinate our volunteers. They are the proud parents of four daughters. Their oldest child, Chrissy (CNU class of 2007), is employed by Northrop Grumman. Katie ('08) was recently accepted into Rosemont College 's master's program in editing and publishing, while Carolyn ('11) is majoring in Spanish and art history. Youngest daughter Colleen, a high school junior, may one day join her sisters as a CNU Captain.

Vic, who runs a software company, and Maggie, a teacher's aide, have been married 26 years. In 2000, Vic retired from the United States Marine Corps after 24 years of service.
